3" Minus Reddish Brown

Medium Bark

Medium Bark is 3″ minus particle size and has a rich reddish-brown color and a “fresh cut” wood smell that you will definitely enjoy!  It is the most commonly sold size of bark and is used for a more natural look or even as a soil amendment.

Our high quality pesticide and dye free bark, processed from local Western Hemlock and Fir trees will complement & beautify your gardens, flowerbeds, & peripheral landscaping.

Sold in cubic yard increments, we can deliver 1-28 yards in a single dump truck load, depending on the size truck we use (we have 3 different sized trucks).

Fine Dark Aged Bark

Fine Dark Aged Bark is approximately 1 1/2″ minus particle size & aged to perfection (causing it to darken).  It is almost black in color.  Try to find that from our competitors! Fine Dark Aged Bark is used as a top dressing for a fine manicured look or even as a soil amendment.  Customers also use it to very lightly cover grass seed to protect it from birds, the sun and keep it moist. We don’t add compost to darken our bark or as a cheap filler like our big competitors do either.  Our bark is 100% quality, Fine Dark Aged Bark!!

Please Note:

Please note, the shade and consistency of bark can vary depending on the season, the moisture content and even with different batches of bark that we get in.  So if you buy bark from us on different days (either picking it up yourself at our retail yard or having us deliver it to you), the bark may be a slightly different color or consistency if you order it again because we just received a new supply of it.

This happens frequently as we get new supplies of Bark in every couple of days during Spring and Summer.  Please plan accordingly and get all of your Bark picked up or delivered the same day to avoid any matching issues.
